The item came in a ziplocked bag in a cardboard box, minimal but reasonable packaging. The device works as expected. The pad is neoprene, 8 inches wide and 17 inches tall. There are 120 LED’s that include visible red, and emit heat in the 660nm and 850nm infrared range. There is a wired remote that controls duration, level, and type of light emitted. There is no way to turn off the red LED’s and just have the 660nm and 850nm running. There’s a 10Hz pulse mode. It’s smaller than I originally thought it would be, but it’s still a reasonable size for its purpose. It came with a single-sheet instruction pamphlet in English, a wall-wart ac adapter, a usb adapter (not shown), a wired remote and the pad. (12 inch ruler for scale.) The wall wart cord and usb adapter cord both could have been a bit longer. Sales tax is way more expensive than it should be, and could be a game changer for larger orders. Delivered on time and as expected.

I have been using on my knees and a face. it is very relaxing. I am not sure if it has helped my knees or skin but it can’t hurt.

it’s a nice and decent size! I use that for both knees at same time. Also for an elbow which I overused in gym..Had a sore elbow for weeks..not much progress and then this belt arrived..been using it two weeks and it’s much better than it was before. I believe it’s because of it. you can use USB powered which is awesome and you can use it anywhere anytime with power bank. I’m really happy with this item. No any bad smells. light and comfortable. all works great, should have buy it ages ago. Thank you!

Way more than expected. power levels for light, timer, velcro to hold it in place. I’m using it on my arms which are starting to look crepey. you could use it on your face or legs. Sometimes I get cramps in my legs. This will be perfect.
